Check out my best and newest inflation piece, commissioned by Shoker, a fellow erotica artist whom I’ve worked with before. He provides detailed sketches for me to work from so I can’t take credit for much of the idea or composition. But I like to think I’ve added something. 😉
I resisted putting the screen with the Billy the Puppet in there for much of this piece’s conception. Gave myself every reason why he shouldn’t be there. Of course, now it’s my favorite part of the drawing- haha!
Here’s 2 examples of me revisiting old figure drawings from 2010 with mixed media . Model is porn star Victor Steele originally drawn with big doofy watercolor crayons, which was kinda scary at the time so I didn’t render them much further. With both redos I had shows coming up, an urge to experiment and worry that I didn’t have enough black characters- lol. Green redo is from now, 2018 and the blue one is from 2015.
Here’s a piece I drew in traditional media (including collage!) commissioned by @RyanSpadexxx on Twitter, whose tatted arse is featured. A sequel is cumming soon!
Recent life drawing using colored pencil, marker and Photoshop turned into Dr. Drakaar, the shiny bald hunk from my soap opera themed series of characters, Persuasions.
Enjoying the afterglow of a successful exhibition this past weekend! Phenomenal #DickArt by me and 11 other artists on every wall! Ironically, the gay erotic art crowd understood and appreciated my furry work better than the furries at Anthrocon. This newest attempt at colored pencil on black paper featuring my anthro panther Newton was one of the first to sell!
Radial Symmetry Drawing 03: Rainbow Launch
Radial Symmetry Drawing 04: Cock Hungry
Yea, number 4 is the only one of these new radial symmetry ipad drawings my audience is gonna care about– but I thought you’d need the others for context. I used to work in textiles and actually really love designing patterns so it comes out in my porn art from time to time. 😉
3rd drawing of my anthro spider. Even though I’m going for scary, which I do sorta get– I also can’t help but think he’s kinda adorable too. Like almost in a muppety way.
Yea, they all can’t be hung. I like his face here– I really wanted a different expression than the angry look in my first drawing of him.
I’ve still not yet ever drawn a fursona for myself. Probably never will as I kinda shy away from self portraiture. If I had to pick, it would probably be a duck. Cartoon duck characters are always my faves and their bills remind me of my lips. But I’m vaguely embarrassed to admit this in front of furries. I can’t shake the worry that they’ll think since it’s not a common animal, I’m a poser furry- lol.
In general, my fascination with the non-mammal species leaves me feeling like I’m not a real furry. That said, it’s hard for any artist to deny making the art they want, so here’s my big dick duck character again! Again, he’s not really my fursona but definitely one of my faves in my anthro series and a character I’ve been drawing since grade school.
So last week’s Anthrocon was a bit of a bust for me. What caused me to do well at past erotica cons, gay comic cons, and gay art fairs doesn’t quite transfer to a furry fandom. I always knew fursonas were a major part of the fandom but I didn’t learn till the con that fursonas basically ARE the fandom. Unlike comic fans who fanboy over an existing comic series or artist, furries aren’t as devoted to their analogous media (like Lion King or Zootopia.) For furries it’s all about the individual fan, all about celebrating oneself.
That said, there were a few furries at the con who got into my furry art. Indy Wolfy was one of them; a friendly guy who was inspired by my Brutal Ballers series to get a commission his fursona in a basketball jersey! And of course, since I have to draw a dick on everything, I added an alternate version!
