Beast Boy is a BEAR!

I don’t really read DC all that much and never really did. I always had a basic understanding of their books, characters, and teams, but for the most part, I’ve always been a Marvel devotee.

Lately though, with Marvel’s lackluster animation attempts, to get quality superhero toons, I’ve had to turn to DC. And yunno what? They’re all REALLY GOOD!

I must admit, however, when I first saw the designs for the Teen Titans 2003 series, I was a little miffed we didn’t get big-hair, big-boobed Starfire or a ridiculously hairy Beast Boy.But after watching it, I came to really love it and accept the character re-designs.

But yo, cot-DAMN do they draw Beast Boy hairy in the comics! Take a look at these panel scans courtesy of Shirtless Superheroes.


So my rendition of Beast Boy is a bit of a mash-up between the cute, goofy Beast Boy in animation and the sexy, fuzzy, gay wet-dream version from the comics.

Anaconda’s Adventures (Part 1)

This next series of illustrations are commissions featuring characters created by the client and visualized by moi.

Meet Mrs. and Mr. Moral American, a married superhero couple that fights for their vision of traditional American values. Now meet the Anaconda, a super “villain” who, with his scandalous costume and namesake sized penis, fights for getting laid.

This commission allowed me to do one of my favorite things: design new characters! For me, constantly drawing new characters is almost equivalent to the excitement you guys get from sleeping with new people! LOL

The Morals were fun to design albeit just a little challenging. There’s no shortage of patriotic themed heroes (the Captain America family as well as my old All-American commissions from a few years back.) Those characters served as reference points to design the Morals, taking care not to repeat anything that’d already been seen. The waspy scarves are my favorite aspect, as I think they really round out these characters’ American “wholesomeness.” hehe.

With the Anaconda, I had difficulty coming up with his look because his name and theme hadn’t quite come about until mid-design. He was always supposed to be black and have a huge cock, and then, I guess somewhere along the way, the analogy of the snake was made. I was the perfect jump-off point and from then on, he kinda designed himself! My favorite aspect of this guy is his snakeskin pants- which take forever to do, but I’m really pleased with how they come out.

These three characters take on a cool socio-political undertone which very much hypes me up to do illustrations of them. (Of course, that they’re two sexy studs and a kick-ass diva doesn’t hurt, but wait till you see the other pieces I’ve done with them and where the client takes them. I guarantee you’ll be tickled and titillated!

Figure Drawing: Martin

Here’s one for you bear chasers out there. Drawing Martin was a nice departure from the muscle guys we normally get in erotic figure drawing.

It was a full house that night because the pic that went out a week earlier showed Martin a lot younger and a lot more muscular. And I don’t have to dance around the obvious fact that a 20-something muscle boy’s gonna draw a bigger crowd than a 40-something husky guy.

But as Michi pointed out, it was a good night for drawing and painting because the artists weren’t as distracted. Indeed, there were a lot of great works that night, and I believe the reason was a combination of the new body-type and the fact that people were less distracted.

I however, being the whore that I am, wasn’t any less distracted than usual. Mesmerized by his body hair, I was determined to get it all down on paper, and thusly may have skipped a pose or two.

Figure Drawing: Sam

Today we have Sam, the adorable heavy-nutted Isreali pocket gay I’ve had the pleasure of drawing on 3 separate occasions. This set of drawings is from the first time. The other two times, he posed with Doug R. and I’ve been turning them into my Big Guy/ Little Guy series.

Yes, I have admittedly sometimes been de-emphasizing Sam’s muscles in the Daddy/Boy series to further play up the size difference between him and Doug R. The truth, as you can see from this set, is that Sam is about as muscular as Doug R…. just a foot shorter.

Oh, and in the actual session, that rectangle Sam is holding was really subway sign!

Battle of the Blondes

I don’t know why I thought anyone other than the two buff blonde super-studs would have a chance at winning my poll. So, of course, Captain Britain triumps with 26% only narrowly beating Havok (24%.) I compiled the polls from here, DeviantArt and Y!Gallery.

I’ve always liked Brit Cap, asshole attitude and all. Something about him is just so damned sexy… maybe it’s the meanness– lol. I think I like rough trade. LOL. (I mean, can we talk about that Excalibur arc where he was in nothing but thin green pajama pants for like 6 issues? That might’ve been what turned me on to hairy.

Always loved his high boots and cowl, so those were definitely staying. Then I just combined the flag sleeve element from a newer look with my unified “remix” look.
Oh, and he gets the X on his thigh like I did with his sis.

Havok was actually on my not-so-short list for the initial lineup I made all those years ago. But Cannonball beat him out because I like Havok so much better as a villain. I had the idea to draw him as a sexy bad-boy with Lorna at his feet. LOL. But the good-guy list was growing so much, I kinda had to add him eventually. To me, Alex as a hero always comes off as a second-rate Cyclops. But as a villain, I think has chances to explore new emotions and territory that big brother hasn’t already.

Costume-wise, he was always ahead of the curve. His original costume is nothing short of genius and his first X-Factor uniform was perhaps the coolest X-Costume of 90’s.

But who’d win in a fight between Havok and Captain Britain? Havok’s got those crazy powerful cosmic blasts, but… Brit Cap is kinda… invulnerable. Discuss.

Figure Drawing: Paul

Kind of always suspected our Erotic Figure Drawing Workshop used escorts & porn actors
(or guys who do both) as models. But the night our eyes feasted upon the hard, smooth, chiseled muscles of Paul, my theory was confirmed. I was like, “Hey, isn’t that a hooker from the back of Next magazine?” I never forget a face.

The guy does indeed take out a box in NYC’s weekly free “gay guide” advertising sensual bodywork with 9 inches.
I don’t quite know who needs their masseur to have 9 inches, but good for them. I’d totally hire him if I had disposable income. 😉 9 inches may be a bit of an exaggeration though. It’s definitely
abnormally, beautifully, delectably THICK … but not quite 9 long.
